Why training evaluation?
Our background of many years has been working at national and regional level to improve skills within the workplace. We found that robust training impact evaluation was the best way to make the business case for skills development.
Following a successful EACEA Leonardo project, we developed a powerful, online tool called TrainingEvaluationPro to evaluate the impact of all type of training on individual and organisational performance, including return on training investment.
