Skills for Work are specialist consultants in training impact evaluation.
Why training evaluation?
Our background of many years has been working at national and regional level to improve skills within the workplace. We found that robust training impact evaluation was the best way to make the business case for skills development.
Following a successful EACEA Leonardo project, we developed a powerful, online tool called TrainingEvaluationPro to evaluate the impact of all type of training on individual and organisational performance, including return on training investment.
Skills for Work and associates are now building on our reputation for high quality project work. We provide consultancy services using TrainingEvaluationPro to:
- assist employers and training providers to embed training evaluation processes, based on recognised methodology
- evaluate skills development projects.
Dominic Rapley moves on - November 2010
After a very fruitful working association of over 6 years Dominic Rapley has decided to relinquish his position as Director of Skills for Work so that he can concentrate on other projects.
